The Story

Here, we have a 1956 LeCoultre Wrist Alarm that was originally built for the U.S. market. It is similar to the Memovox but has to be named different for the American market.

Next to the Reverso, the Memovox/Wrist Alarm is probably the second most recognizable vintage wristwatch popularized by the manufacture. The alarm function was not only forward-thinking, but also incredible useful.

This example is the manual wind version from 1956 and is featured by a clean design with no date, a very beautiful gold chapter ring and a stunning yellow gold case with beautiful spider Lugs.
